File won't upload and says "Oops - Your Strokes Are Too Thick"

Email your file to designhelp@ponoko.com and we'll advise on how to get it fixed as soon as we can. 

 

This error message will appear if any lines in your file are greater than 0.01mm.

Find out how to fix this using the following software:

How to set the stroke weight in Illustrator

To cut a line

Then set the stroke style to a width of 0.01 mm:

And set the stroke color to blue with RGB values of 0, 0, 255:

To engrave a line

Then set the stroke style to a width of 0.01 mm:

And set the stroke color to red with RGB values of 255, 0, 0:

How to set the stroke style width in Inkscape:

To cut a line

Then set the stroke style to a width of 0.01 mm:

And set the stroke color to blue with the 'Stroke paint' RGBA values of 0, 0, 255, 255:

To engrave a line

Then set the stroke style to a width of 0.01 mm:

And set the stroke color to red with the 'Stroke paint' RGBA values of 255, 0, 0, 255:

How to set the stroke weight in Corel

To cut a line

In the Object Properties window, set the stroke width by clicking inside the 'Width' field and typing '0.01mm', then press enter:

And set the stroke color to blue with RGB values of 0, 0, 255:

To engrave a line

In the Object Properties window, set the stroke width by clicking inside the 'Width' field and typing '0.01mm', then press enter:

How to set the stroke weight in AutoCAD:

The best way to ensure your design is formatted correctly is to use our templates.

Our templates are set on millimeters, scale 1:1 and the layers are setup with the correct color and line weight correct to "communicate" with the laser.

Please ensure your design is on one of our templates, the units are set to millimeters and 1:1 scale.
