I'd like to create a flexible tab cut from plastic. It won't have a high duty-cycle; probably 5-10 uses maximum over its lifetime. It needs to deflect approximately 110% of its thickness (ideally 0.5 - 1.0 mm) at a length of 10 mm and a width of about 2 mm).
I'm going to glue it into a slotted acrylic base (the stabilizer).
Does anyone have a suggestion for which of the laser-cut material choices Ponoko offers that best matches these criteria? I was leaning toward PETG but I'm not sure it will bond well with acrylic.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions...
