I see you've sold material sample kits in the past - how can I get material samples?

We are in the midst of putting together a new system whereby you will be able to purchase individual material / engraving samples in batches, and hope to have it launched very soon.
Make sure you're signed up for the Ponoko email newsletter, as we'll be announcing them there.

Hi Nathan!
We've launched the first stage of our new material sample system here for users of the USA making location here: http://samples.ponoko.com/
Our team in New Zealand are in the midst of developing an equivalent system for users of the NZ making location, and we'll be announcing the launch of it through our email newsletter when that's ready.
Cheers!

Actually I had another question related to this. Will NZ hub have the same materials as US? If I were to order a sample kit from US, would it have the same as NZ?

Good question! The NZ hub has a different selection of materials, and even the acrylics which are ALMOST the same are slightly different. I'd recommend holding off until the NZ swatches go live.
Cheers!

Hey Dash - I've just checked in with the team, and it sounds like the NZ samples store will go live at the end of August or beginning of September. As you can imagine, there are a lot to be done before then.
Thanks!

Hi Nathaniel & everyone else - thanks so much for your patience on this!
As mentioned, we had been hoping to send the NZ material sample store live early this month, but it's ended up being more work than we expected - alongside the busiest two months in Ponoko history for orders and inquiries.
Rest assured we're working hard on it, and getting ever nearer to launch - we just need your patience for a bit longer.
Cheers!
