From time to time we run promotions that include coupon codes. These codes act as a percentage discount off the price of laser-cutting orders, and can apply to one or more of:

• making cost
• material cost
• shipping cost

These coupon codes MUST be entered when placing your order - we cannot apply them once an order is in progress.

Restrictions that apply:

1. Coupon codes are only valid for non-metal laser cutting orders
2. Ponoko coupon codes can only be used at the Ponoko USA & Ponoko NZ hubs
3. Each code can only be used once per account
4. Coupon codes cannot be combined with Ponoko Making Vouchers
5. Coupon codes do not work with Ponoko Prime accounts*

*The Prime making discount is almost always lower than our coupon offers and can be used anytime, not just during a promotion. Prime members also have a host of other benefits such as faster making times for laser-cut orders: Free/Prime account benefit comparison.

Where to enter your coupon code:

The coupon code goes in the field below - seen immediately after clicking the 'Make It' button from your product page. As per the restrictions above, this field will not appear for Prime members.
