Usual manufacturing time?

I'm curious as to the time is takes to complete the manufacturing process?

I submitted by laser cut project 8 days ago now, and 6 days ago it's status was that the design files were ready for making. And that's where it stopped.

Is there a shortage on materials in NZ, and that's why it hasn't checked off Materials Reviewed status yet?

You can see the expected turn-around times for your laser cut orders here in the FAQ.

Thanks.

I did look through the FAQ list, but was looking for a topic heading that said something like Manufacturing/Shipping Times.

Creator Shipping suggests the topic is about shipping only.

BTW, my status only just changed to being manufactured this morning. 8^)

No problem - I've added the making & shipping times to the Laser Cutting FAQ as well (they should have been in there anyway) so it should be much easier to find in the future.
