To add multiple design files to a single order, you need to add them before you click "Done" and progress through to the "Edit a design" page.
Once you have added your first design file, you will see a "Select a design" button to the left of "Done"
If you wish to create another copy of the same design file in a different material, you will need to add it again. The Personal Factory will automatically re-name the new file for you, though we recommend adding the color or name of the material to the end of each version of the file, such as earrings_whitefelt.eps.
Once you click "Done", you can then add the appropriate material for each file. When you click through to Make these designs, you'll see a breakdown of the material and making costs for each design file.

I already have the different designs I want printed in the 'My designs' folder but I can only order one at a time. The above only helps if it's designs I want to upload from my computer. If I try to download the designs from my folder and then add them in the suggested way it says the format is wrong.
Hi Magnus - how strange! What filetype are you trying to upload?
STL. Made with Tinkercad
I found it quite strange too as STL is listed in the above screenshot.
Hello again! I've just tried downloading a STL from Tinkercad and was able to upload it just fine. Click the 'Print 3D' button, then 'Download STL'. You can then upload the files to Ponoko as per above.
Cheers!
That's what i tried but i dosn't work.

Ah! You haven't got your making location set to USA. You can do that here:
http://www.ponoko.com/account/preferences
THEN you should have no problems uploading STL.
Thanks!
After I've uploaded design files and waited a couple of days I can't go back and add more files to the project. What gives?
Hi Kevin,
At this stage you can't go back and add more files to an existing project - you need to add them all before you click "Done" and progress through to the "Edit a design" page.
Thanks!
ya i am currently having problems with this... it is really annoying.
Hi Alex - can I quickly clarify whether you're trying to add more files to a batch that you have previously uploaded? As per Rich's comment above, you need to upload *all* your files in a batch at once. At this stage you can't add more files to a batch that you've already uploaded. This is a feature we'd like to be able to add at some point in the future but we don't have a timeframe for it just yet.
Thanks!
