At present some Internet Explorer 8 users are having problems with our upload page, which we are working to resolve. These problems mean that the 'Add a file' button is not appearing, and it is not possible to choose a file to upload.

Until we have resolved the issue at our end, known fixes / workarounds are:
- try clearing your cache and then refreshing the page
- try using an alternate browser, or upgrading to IE9
