How does the 365-day free replacement policy work?

When it comes to replacement of your design, we are able to remake and ship your design at no cost if WE make a mistake with it. For instance, if we make it from the wrong material, or the laser-cutter has a glitch and cuts big lines through your sheet that you did not include in your design.

These things happen very rarely - but when they do we'll get a recut through to you as quickly as possible - after you send us photographs of the problem.

What we cannot guarantee is exactly how your design will turn out on your chosen material - it's simply not possible to know for sure until it has been made. As such, we cannot provide a free replacment if your design simply doesn't work out like you hoped.

This is why the prototyping process is so important. We would unequivocally recommend you TEST your design on the material you want to use before making it in high volume - or if you're creating a complex design try out the complicated parts on their own.  This should give you a solid understanding of whether this type of design will work on your chosen material - prior to making lots of them, or your full complex design.
